  • Sweet Win for Sugar Beach at Toronto Urban Design Awards – Halsall is proud to be on the team that earned an Award of Excellence in the Large Places/Neighbourhood Designs category for Canada's Sugar Beach (at the foot of Jarvis Street). Halsall provided structural consulting services for the $14.3 million project, which opened in August 2010. We kept sustainability as a core focus by incorporating local materials into the design. Congratulations to the Halsall team, Claude Cormier Architectes Paysagistes and Waterfront Toronto on making this project an award-winning success!
  • Big Recognition for Small Ottawa Project – Halsall is proud to have made a big difference on the ‘Front to Back’, 43,  45 Grant Street project, which earned an Ottawa Urban Design Award of Merit – Urban Infill (low-rise).
